Joshua Golding, 44, of Kensington died unexpectedly on January 27, 2023.
He was born on November 29, 1978 in Fort Lewis WA a son of Susan Stephens and Wallace Golding.
Having lived most of his life in the area, Josh was a graduate of Southern Local High School class of 1997 and worked as a carpenter. He had a passion for gardening. He loved to hunt and fish and a passion for hunting morels in the spring of the year. He was also an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and Michigan Wolverines.
In addition to his parents Josh is survived by two sons: Draven Golding of Minerva, David Kennedy of Kensington; two sisters: Anissa Lombardozzi (Mark) of Columbus and Shaila Atkinson; six nephews: Ashdon Shuman of Salem, Aydon Shuman, Camden Shuman, Carson Shuman all of Kensington, Noah Lombardozzi and Ben Lombardozzi both of Columbus; two nieces: Myla Pierson and Maliah Pierson both of Minerva and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by both paternal and maternal grandparents.
Services will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 2pm at the Kerr Watson Funeral Home in Salineville with Pastor Rick Lautzenhauzer officiating.
The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home from 12pm until the time of service at 2pm.
Burial will take place in Bethesda Cemetery.
Family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses. Donations may be made directly to the funeral home or through the online obituary.
